　三招搞定石磨面粉设备工作中出现物料跑偏现象!石磨面粉设备是对粮食进行加工处理的设备，在生产过程中要经历多个环节，而其中一项是将玉米颗粒进行筛分，使玉米粒中的杂质物被清除，让设备可以更好的工作。可是在工作的过程中，会出现物料跑偏的情况，这是什么情况，应该如何解决呢?

　　1、通过对石磨面粉设备生产环节的分析，得出的结论是：物料跑偏问题的出现，经常出现在清粉环节。不加以解决，导致物料继续跑偏，那么物料分级就会被破坏，清粉效果下降。于是要求工作人员要加以重视，发现出现异常的情况时，要及时的停机运行，然后找出原因，加以解决。

　　2、导致石磨面粉设备出现物料跑偏，原因可能是机械本身筛体不平，需要人员重新加垫校平机架，加以调整。也有可能是橡胶弹簧轴向刚度不一致，压缩量不同。这时人员需要更换上经加力选择的橡胶弹簧，使压缩量相同，校平。

　　3、发现筛体运动轨迹不正确，人员注意两台电机各自的激振力不同，调整其中一台的偏重块，使二者相同。两台电机激振力的合力未通过筛体纵向对称面，松开U形紧固螺栓，调整电机位置，使与另一台对称。橡胶弹簧变形失效，更换新弹簧。
