杂粮石磨面粉机械中出现碎粒过多是什么原因造成的?

　　杂粮石磨面粉机械的生产过程中碎粒很多。

　　1 .稻谷潮湿，水量不得超过10%。 碎米会变多。

　　2 .碾米室的沙机和瓦筛的间隙调节不均匀，碎米多也是其中的一个原因。

　　3 .砻谷机的调节间隙太小，脱壳时米粒被破坏得太多，这也很常见。

　　4.杂粮石磨面粉机械转速超过额定转速，玉米出口弹簧压力过大，粮食过多，精米室压力过大，米粒停留时间长是碎米多的原因，可以降低精米室的压力减少碎米。

　　稻谷可以加工成精度等级米，也可以加工成普通精度等级米，但品质差的玉米只能加工成普通精度等级米。 如果必须将质量差的杂粮加工成精度等级米，必然会产生大量的碎米。 因此，首先必须根据稻谷的质量，选择合适的加工工艺流程来加工稻谷。

　　作业人员要养成平时的习惯，定时仔细检查杂粮石磨面粉机械的零部件，发现异常时，要及时有效地解决。 此外，定期检查电路的老化、轴承的润滑等，及时调整和添加润滑油等。 其中，如果在加工设备运转中发生大噪音，立即停止运转，进行有序的故障诊断。
